Most of the work happens out of sight. We map the problem against the stack we own, end to end, and come back with whether and how we would take it on — including no. If the answer is no, you hear it early, with the reasons.

Working software, delivered directly. Support stays with the people who wrote it, so the answer to a question after delivery comes from the person who made the decision it asks about.
